I think she is right. A man who has been in his position has no business making remarks like this.

What an arrogant POS. These people keep finding ways for me to hate them even more. They think they’re all untouchable. I’m afraid they are.

Karma? That’s for those who believe in reincarnation. Your next life is determined by your actions in the current one.

In Christianity, it’s called sowing and reaping. It doesn’t have to wait for the next lifetime. When it’s true evil, it must be restrained. Prayer works. “The will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.”

    Galatians 6:7
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. KJV

What about the righteous indignation of the American populace? Leaders who will enforce laws? Soros got away with it; Trump was shot.

The super-slick evil of this is over the top. The photo is rank with subliminal suggestions. His use of the term, “political message” is an attempt to gain legal coverage for what he did.

When I say “karma”, I mean it in the loosest sense – that he will be forced to pay for his actions, in this life, not the next! One dictionary definition is: A situation in which things happen to someone as a result of their previous actions. That is what I mean.

PS: I think we all know that evil doers frequently DO NOT directly pay for their actions in this life.

Thank you, Stella. That’s the difference. It’s a Christianized view of a non-Christian concept.

The other allows for the great misery of many to be ignored, or even justified.

In many cases, evil succeeds because evil is able to burrow into a society. I strongly believe that God can restrain evil through the prayers and actions of his people.

Based on the evidence, it would seem that this is an attempt to establish a legal precedent, that would then be used as a cudgel to bludgeon free speech.

Justice must be dispensed in a different area.

James Comey’s Go Fund Me Account. Available May 20, 2025 Coincidence?

    FDR Drive

In a new legal thriller by the former director of the FBI, federal prosecutor Nora Carleton and legendary investigator Benny Dugan confront a deadly sect of political extremists.

After a stint in the private sector, working at the largest hedge fund in the world, Nora Carleton has returned to her former role as a New York City federal prosecutor. And she’s arrived just in time to face one of the most dangerous domestic terror attacks in the history of the city.

A threat is building in the city, with far right extremism powered by internet demagogues and funded by shadowy organizations. Together with legendary investigator Benny Dugan and aided by colleagues at the FBI, Nora builds a case against one of the key players in this burgeoning movement, arguing before a jury that some speech is actually a deadly crime. But the menace taking root is far bigger than any courtroom, and as the militants target an upcoming United Nations rally, Nora and her team must race to disrupt the plans and minimize casualties.

At once a fast-paced legal thriller and a close look at the very real perils of political extremism, FDR Drive harnesses former FBI director James Comey’s life experience to tell an authentic and compelling narrative that readers won’t soon forget.

“This is an exceedingly well written, perfectly paced thriller. Its subject matter, right-wing extremism and domestic terrorism, is most definitely ripped from the headlines, but Comey isn’t interested in sensationalism or facile solutions to big problems—this is a subtle and thematically complex novel. . . .

Perhaps Mr. Comey is an subscribes to the Oscar Wilde quote:

“There’s only one thing in the world worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about.”
