    I heard that this “speech” was carried live on C-SPAN, but I got there late and missed it…..darn it. Apparently, we’re all gonna die…or something because….Trump…..or something….. We’re waiting for the official interpretation and transcript!

      These are Audie Murphy’s World War II medals. I don’t see his Medal of Honor, though I think the MOH ribbon is shown at the top of the ribbon section. His Silver Star has a bronze oak leaf cluster on the ribbon indicating he was awarded the Silver Star twice.

        And we know that he earned those. Unlike most of the officer corps in today’s military. I’m reminded of the picture of Ike after WWII where he was photographed and had about 4-5 ribbons on his jacket next to Thoroughly Modern Milley who looked like one of those Chinese Generals with ribbons for everything from recess to winning the skipping contest in 3rd grade. You are correct about the MOH ribbon. It’s very small and is the smallest ribbon of the bunch.

    This site was announced by the White House today, I believe. They are running a curated site much like Bongino or the old Drudge site. It’s going to be links to positive articles from outside the White House, notifications from inside and even include op-ed pieces from friends as well. Here is the link. I’m sure I’ll be spending a minute or two on there as this moves forward.
