   Clever use of Dr. Seuss! Six Dr. Suess titles were removed from publication due to criticism of imagery in those books as racist and insensitive. But were they intended to be?

   I’m sure that the company was protecting the brand. The works of Dr. Suess still bring in significant income, and the titles involved were not the most popular of his works.

   It increased revenue.
