    Actor James Woods returned with wife Sara to the couple’s fire-ravaged Pacific Palisades neighborhood on Friday, discovering that their home survived the massive fire that started Tuesday and destroyed many of the homes, businesses, and schools in the Los Angeles suburb, including the homes of their neighbors. Like many people who fled their homes during the flash fire, Woods assumed his home was destroyed, given that large flames were literally at his backyard.

    Grey and 38* but at least it is not raining today. City is getting ready for Super Bowl, with extra focus on safety. They always have great security, but are highlighting everything because of the attack. And finding the gaps.

      Good day, Czarina! Arkansas is a beautiful state and, of course, they have Sarah as their governor plus it’s the land of my ancestors AND I adore the Arkansas State Police videos when they do a PIT (Precision Intervention Tactic or Technique)maneuver on a miscreant’s vehicle….

      What’s with that puddle bit? Teaching children to be inconsiderate and bratty?

      I’ve got a computer full of article files that I’ll probably never look at again. Does that count as a hobby?

      How in the world did major international criminal gangs get control of human trafficking and why aren’t all nations banding together to destroy the gangs? “Love of money is the root of all evil.”

      Milk and vision…Can’t drink the former and could use a bit more of the latter.

    Good morning all! Cold (28°) and snowy (3-4″) this morning! I cleared off the porch and steps, and the snow is quite powdery. Very pretty, although I don’t like it.
