We had a situation a bit like this in our family. Our male Golden raised a litter of kittens. They were really strange kittens. Used to jump right off the diving board behind him, plop, plop, plop, after he taught them to swim.

Awwwwww. Our old female terrier (found in our dumpster at about 5 – 6 weeks old) “Killer” adored cats and finally had her a whole litter of kittens (feral, born under our back yard shed) to love on the last year of her life. They adored her.
