   So the woman who no one wanted running for president is now the default candidate for president?

     As of right now that’s an assumption. Going into the convention next month things could be quite different. Politicians in general, and democrats in particular, tend to be like sharks in the water. I suspect they smell blood and will be circling to advance their own self interests in what might be a free-for-all convention, the likes of which will make their famous 1968 gathering look like a girl scout jamboree in comparison.

     Simply put, they’re not going to all sit down quietly and watch Trump waltz back into the White House unmolested.

       Very true. From what I understand, the final decision has to be made on Aug. 19.

         The final decision will be ANNOUNCED on Aug. 19. Whatever they do is getting hammered out as we speak. Bloodbath at the convention is partly a show of power for those that come out on top, but mostly it’s to satiate their bottom feeders.
