Good mornin’, Miss Wee! I might be the only one out here who thinks this, but I’m just not quite convinced that Brandon quieted his critics with his latest Big Boy presser. I’m pretty sure that performance did not dissuade Mr. Putin from doing what he’s gonna do. OTOH, coffee’s ready so make sure you get a couple cups full before driving any heavy machinery this morning!

Good mornin’, and Happy Friday, all y’all! Just looking for something different after the Big Boy press conference from last night, as you can see directly above me how that turned out. Here’s one from the UK. Apparently, their coffee makers look eerily like ours. Only difference is this thing was probably like new. Carpe your coffee and if you don’t know the players by sight, you better buy a program.

Ain’t that something. I’ve eaten some hillbilly poor-man’s food in my lifetime, but this…………is inconceivable for any meal. I’m thinking a hobo isn’t even gonna touch this.

Apparently it is lunch, tea and dinner, too. Czar bought the canned beans by the dozen, although he fancied them up and never served them on toast. His mother and grandmother often served them. Comfort food, like Mac and cheese.

My mom loved bean sandwiches. She just smashed up the beans and put them on bread. She said that was all she had to take to school for lunch because they were so poor. Sometimes she traded her bean sandwich for a meat sandwich with the little “rich” girl in her class.

Morning czarina! I ate jello in the hospital because it was at least a predictable food. My groceries were delivered yesterday in paper bags. I personally prefer the plastic ones.

My Hospitals all seem to supply jello. Many seem enamored with green jello, which I loathe.

My aunt did, too. They brought her broth and green jello. She managed to get down some of the broth, but totally rejected the green jello.

Afternoon All. It was a little cooler this morning when we got up. It is 66* right now and very pleasant, with perfectly clear blue skies. Now I know why people “up North” always appreciated Spring and Summer so much.
Hope everyone got their power back on in the areas where it went out. I know you need that air conditioning. Enjoy the day.

The company said it was their understanding at least one individual had been apprehended by law enforcement.

In an announcement on Friday, July 12, AT&T said that they had discovered a data breach in April involving an unauthorized download of data from a third-party cloud platform that affects nearly all of its customers.
The telecommunications company said in a statement they had since launched an investigation and enlisted the help of cybersecurity experts to assess the breach’s scope and nature.

But four Republicans betrayed their own party – John Duarte, David Joyce, Michael Turner and Tom McClintock. Republicans in Name Only.
There were a total of 12 Republicans who did not even bother to show up. They were MIA on what I believe was one of the most important votes of the year. Now, some lawmakers had a good reason to miss today’s vote but most did not. They were sabateurs. They wanted to make sure Luna did not have the votes.

I doubt that anyone on this site will find this hard to believe, but apparently, they script the Cabinet meetings with FJB just like they do most of his “press” conferences. Interesting tidbit at the bottom of the article says that the last full Cabinet meeting was in Oct. 2023. No wonder Pothole Pete don’t give a shiite! Not gonna get in trouble from the boss because the boss has no idea who, or where he is.
