Haha! My husband’s grandmother, who taught me the basics of cooking, used canned biscuit dough to make her fried pies. I was sworn to secrecy, the very idea that she would have any truck with canned dough, scandalous! Almost immediately found out that everyone in the family knew, but were smart enough to keep their mouths shut and keep those pies coming.

Good Mornin’ All. Beautiful day here. Low humidity, slight breeze, some hazy clouds and sun. I am enjoying it while I can.
This last week was very stressful. I didn’t realize how much until yesterday. Loki was acting a little funny. I was having trouble getting all the paperwork together to turn in and my printer quit working to top it all off. Also, I found out that there has been drug dealing right outside my door. Thank goodness the drug dealing has been stopped. Actually, I think they can evict the people who were buying the drugs. But, things look better today.
Hope you all enjoy the day. Especially you, Stella. Don’t get too excited and overdo it.

Tex, thanks for keeping the coffee coming. Cleaning some of those urns and other equipment must be a real workout.
Glad Menagerie, Wee Weed, Czarina and you can handle drinking a fair amount of java. Would be a shame to waste any. Of course, iced coffee has it’s place, too.
Glad to hear you are just about through the applications and forms, Aus. You are a real trooper.
Also glad to read that the management can swiftly remove those making trouble for everyone in the complex.
