   I arrive after 5 days in hospital to be asked by Hotmail for my password to get into my email. Since I don’t have it written down (defeating purpose), I can’t remember it. Now I am “locked out” for 30 days, because I entered wrong password too many times. So, it looks as if I have 5 days worth of emails that will be lost forever. I am disgusted with Microsoft to say the least.
