More proof that our world is completely upside-down. In lovely Chicago, apparently, an illegal alien gang member shot an illegal trans-something. The gang member was arrested and walked out on one of those no-bail deals. Now, the illegals are up in arms because the gang member has higher status than the tranny, and all the illegals outrank the minorities who have lived in Chicago their entire life. Everybody is replaceable.

Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, an 1887 painting by Viktor Vasnetsov

      Revelation 6:1-8 (NIV

I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!”  I looked, and there before me was a white horse!  Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!”  Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.

When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a black horse!  Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.  Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!”  I looked, and there before me was a pale horse!  Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

Hey, Czarina! Since the California farmers are a beleaguered lot, I’m happy to buy strawberries in their honor. They don’t need no stinkin’ artificial tanning methods, though; and their absolutely incredible kids have a time-honored work ethic that everyone should emulate. However, I’m not doing a countdown for lefties participating in farm or farmer rescues by ceasing their oppressive laws, rules and regs which make farming more difficult as each year passes.

Speaking of celebrating fragrances, my paternal grandmother gave me a bottle of Evening In Paris cologne…somewhere around 1949. Since she was a very frugal lady, she likely bought it at the Salvation Army thrift store, which she and her best friend (a Mrs. Cobb as I recall–why do some names remain in memory for a lifetime and others disappear quickly?) loved to shop. I must have caught the used item/thrift store bug from her..

As for French bread, don’t remember the last time I consumed any. I’m a Sourdough gal.

      Have a fine day!

Afternoon All. It didn’t rain/snow like they said it would. Half the sky is blue with pretty white clouds and the other half is full of dark/darker storm looking clouds and it is very windy. I have no idea what it is going to do next.

Looks like weather across the country could be awful for the next few days. Stay safe and warm.

Good afternoon, aus! The sun has been going in and out of the overcast all morning. It’s hiding right now. Supposedly we won’t have snow until next Wednesday, and that’s consistent with the forecast yesterday also. So maybe it’s an accurate prediction this time around.

Whatever happens, it better be great weather starting April 5th because I’m going on vacation for five days, and I don’t want to schlep around rain gear or snow boots.

Peace, as we said in the 60s.

Grey, probably continuing grey all day tomorrow since they predict rain in the morning and again in the evening. Staying in the 60’s to 50’s and cool.

The Dirty Little Secret DemoKKKrats Got no Surprises. It was Always Lawfare!

    LARRY SCHWEIKART – MAR 21, 2024

It dawned on me after reading the Atlantic yesterday—-something along the lines of “surviving the next four years”—-that they all know it. They all know that there is no “mule” cavalry coming this time; that they aren’t gonna steal five states and fraudulently pump out “81 million votes”; that they are gonna lose big, maybe massively.

‘Absolute Chaos’: Illegal Alien Mob Overruns Texas National Guard at the Border

    Spencer Brown | March 21, 2024 3:30 PM

While President Joe Biden, impeached Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and Border Czar Kamala Harris continue to insist that their policies are not responsible for the border crisis — one the White House & Co. denied existed for years — while also erroneously stating they’re powerless to do anything about the chaos, the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border continues to get worse.
