    Stellars….

    What happened in history on March 9, 1862? The battle between the two ironclads—the Monitor (the North) and the Merrimac, aka The Virginia (the South)—at Hampton Roads, Virginia….

    “Who Won the Battle of Hampton Roads?” The first clash between ironclad vessels was over by mid-day on March 9, 1862. Both North and South claimed victory; neither side admitted the battle was a draw.

    USS Monitor declared victory because it had stopped the Confederate ironclad from destroying any more Union wooden warships. And CSS Virginia also claimed success because it had damaged Monitor, destroyed five ships, and remained the defender of Norfolk and the James River during the first two months of the 1862 Peninsula Campaign.

    This engagement changed naval warfare forever, proving the power of iron over wood. ( https://sanctuaries.noaa.gov/education/teachers/who-won-the-battle-of-hampton-roads.html#:~: )

    From one of my senators showing how the Brandon administration continues to encourage and propose overspending to the detriment of America….

    Risch Opposes Earmarks Ridden Appropriations Bills

    WASHINGTON—U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-Idaho) released the following statement about the appropriations bills package the Senate considered today.

    “This spending package is disappointing—it comes more than five months into the fiscal year, is jammed full of earmarks and the left’s political priorities and fails to move towards reducing our national debt. This is not fiscal conservatism, and, as such, I cannot vote for it.”

    Several unnecessary earmarks hidden within the appropriations bills are:

    • $3.5 million for Michigan’s Thanksgiving Parade;
    • $1 million for an environmental justice center in New York City;
    • $1 million for gardens in San Francisco;
    • $4 million for a waterfront walkway in New Jersey;
    • $1 million for an electric vehicle car share for public housing residents in Los Angeles;
    • $4.1 million for a Fire Station in Quincy, MA – (a town of 100,000 with a median income of over $90,000); and
    • $4 million for the Wright Factory Business Park attempting to turn the plane factory site into a “green space.”

    This is gonna be a real shocker. Darth Vader’s spawn deliberately withheld information that would have exonerated DJT regarding National Guard troops in DC for J6.

    I saw several posts on other social media platforms discussing the origins of International Women’s Day yesterday, and………..it’s complicated, and rather messy. Take a guess who’s behind it.

        I am still in the same place. There have been a few openings that are a little cheaper than here, but most are in this same area and I am still hoping to get closer to my family. I made the decision to manage here instead of moving, even to a cheaper place, because I would have to break my lease here and then, might have to break the lease at the new place if something opens up nearer my family. Actually, there are only two apartments nearer them. I am hoping something will open up this summer.

    Biden Lied 30 Times During The State Of The Union

    BY: SHAWN FLEETWOOD – MARCH 08, 2024

    President Biden has been known to tell some pretty outrageous lies throughout his political career. So, it came as no surprise when Ol’ Sleepy Joe spewed out more than a few whoppers during his State of the Union address on Thursday.

    SICKENING! IT’S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE JUDGES WHO ARE POLITICAL. Since when has Texas NOT been harmed by these folks illegally traipsing across private property, leaving children behind untended for the Border Patrol to find…or causing the landowners to find dead bodies, rape trees, tons of trash, starving dogs; criminals, drug dealers bringing in deadly drugs and laughing when National Guardsmen are injured and posting the injuries on social media? Americans are definitely being injured psychologically every day. People are enduring fear, anger, disgust. But does this judge care? And who has standing if Texas does not?

    Federal Judge Dismisses States’ Challenge to Biden’s Parole Program for Immigrants

    By Aldgra Fredly – 3/9/2024

    A federal judge has upheld the Biden administration’s parole program that would allow 30,000 people from four countries to enter the United States each month.

    U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton ruled the plaintiffs—a coalition of 21 states—“have not proven that Texas has suffered an injury” due to the program and therefore lacked standing to maintain this lawsuit.
