Tucker Carlson Interview with Vladimir Putin

“We are not encouraging you to agree with what Putin may say in this interview, but we are urging you to watch it.” – Tucker Carlson

This is what Journalism was always supposed to be.

I will post the Twitter link to the interview as soon as it is available, and we can watch it together. It is now available at Tucker Carlson Network.

Thanks for sharing this, Stella. ’Mr. Tucker’ and we are getting first-hand insight on how leaders of foreign states think and act…based on their own countries’ history, and not the same way we do.

I’d guess even Putin’s POV has changed over the years as well. The attacks on Russia are not imagined, and he has to be commended on surviving for so long. He’s obviously a successful leader to his own people.

Finished watching the last half hour last night; and I have to say Putin was remarkably patient with Tucker. Asking for the journalist’s release in itself was totally inappropriate, and Tucker’s efforts to resolve the Ukrane conflict during the interview was ill advised. He seemed predisposed and confrontational in the interview compared with his congenial demeanor during that of Hungary’s president and really overstepped his role as an investigative journalist.

Putin is absolutely correct in expecting the forces (US, NATO) that created the situation to come to Russia with a resolution – not the reverse!
