    One thing that I would say is that we all know that DC is full of this kind of behavior and have known it for a long time but none of us have proof. This why there is such comradity behind the scenes in DC!! Everybody is doing somebody else!!! Watch the movie Burn After Reading and get a small idea of how DC really is!!!
