Good afternoon, Czarina! That YT channel has lots of great stories and many surprises re what later-famous folk did during the various wars. I have to prepare myself each time I watch a new one because it’s hard when so many died savings others, especially the Medal of Honor recipients.

Well, we are up to 10* here. The sun is out and the sky is clear. We got enough snow yesterday so that it is up to my knees. I had to move my car this morning and the snow got into my boots and froze my pants all the way up to my knees. It was light and fluffy, but cold. The weather guessers say we won’t get any more snow……..until next week. My DIL was supposed tot take my granddaughter for her allergy shot this afternoon, but the dr. office called and said the roads were not clear enough and cancelled all the appointments. We ain’t in Florida no more.

It is really good, but not low carb, unfortunately. I used just potatoes, bacon and shredded colby-jack and gruyere cheese, melted, and topped with green onion and sour cream. I saw other variations, like a Guinness cheese sauce instead of just melted cheese. Also saw steak bits instead of bacon, and toppings like avocado and salsa.
Add: I seasoned my potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.

From our friend and contact L.: “I just got two messages from the DC Gulag.
One was from Chris: “We have had no heat or hot water for 48 hours. Inside temperature is probably about 55 degrees (no exaggeration). The guards have on hoodies, jackets, and wool winter hats in the c3a pod. No extra blankets have been passed out. Please blast out a message to local news and online. Tell Congress and the Marshals.
