Tucker Carlson, Ep. 45: How could Washington possibly send tens of billions more to sleazy oligarchs in Ukraine

Tucker and Thomas Massie discuss the continuing financial support for Ukraine: Why it is unwise, and how those in favor of sending more money to Ukraine attack those who oppose it as supporters of Russia/Putin and dictators, rather than “democracy”. I don’t see how spending money we don’t have to support a foreign war is “democracy”.

    It’s not only unwise….but it’s criminal. Were WE THE PEOPLE consulted on whether we wanted our money to go there? NO.
    It’s all (and strictly) about padding pockets and cementing control. It wouldn’t matter about “democracy”….the perps will do this regardless, because the REAL GOAL is to pad pockets and cement control.
    By any means will do.

    From the link: “Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin warned Congress Tuesday that if lawmakers fail to pass more aid to Ukraine that it ‘very likely’ will lead to U.S. troops on the ground in Europe defending NATO allies in other countries Russia may target next.”

    It looks a blackmail move is in play… “…whether it’s money or blood, we will do what we intend to do…” Any such blackmail move should be taken at face value because, while Austin doesn’t have the authority/connections to make money available to Ukraine, he does have what’s necessary to send military (which is probably already happening anyway) without Congress’ approval, to Europe. He has the ability to go to take us to war without war having been declared.

    They really do not want to defend our borders.

    It is not their policy to defend our borders.

    I think that even normal Americans are unable to internalize the reality that the people running our country do not want it to survive; and that inability increases the likelihood of our domestic enemies’ success.

    I ask for God’s will to be done with America. That is a blessing we desperately need. His will with regard to deliberate wickedness is to break it, put a stop to it, and to bring to repentance those who are willing. God’s blessing of America must flow from His will for America.
