Stella's Place 
What a picture! Good morning everyone. We have heavy fog this morning, with rain coming back. Our little house is swathed in a cloud, and the pond, so close to our house, is barely visible this morning.
We’ve been having a young buck come strutting around, one day he actually ran laps around our house, just a few feet from the window. Probably couldn’t see him this morning, if he’s out there.
Unlike most people, I usually enjoy the fog and rain, especially if it’s warm enough to curl up on the porch with coffee and enjoy just being.

Agree with everything you said about mornings in the southern county. I have the scan the yard before I let the dogs out, because occasionally a doe or two is./are hanging out in the yard. Just wet this morning, inch and a half yesterday and another two inches his morning.

With everything that has been turning to shiite since he took office, I failed to notice what Brain-Freeze was reading while on his weekly vacations to the beach. Apparently, some others have been asking and it’s either a National Secret, or he’s not got anything on his list. Which option are you picking?

We heard this phony-baloney story about Derek Chauvin’s attacker last night. This is amore unbelievable story than when I caught a grandchild in the cookie jar a few years back. Former FBI informant. Mexican mafia member with a European surname, and other non-connecting dots. But you decide.

ICYMI, about 40,000 people who detest us little people are gathered in one of the wealthiest countries in the world who has made all of their money in fossil fuels. They are supposedly talking about eliminating fossil fuels. Along with meat, travel, cash, and anything fun for us. Rather quaint, isn’t it.

Afternoon All. Well, we have at least 4″ of snow this morning and it is still snowing lightly. I got really brave yesterday and drove to my son’s house which is 40 min. away to have dinner with them. The roads were heavily salted, etc. and I now have snow tires. So, it wasn’t a problem at all until I got to my son’s. They have a long gravel driveway which was deep in snow, I stayed in the tire tracks in hopes I wouldn’t get stuck. I will probably have to park down the road the next time I go there. And, it was all of 30* when we got up this morning.. And, I am putting Loki’s snow booties on her little tiny feet every time we go out now.
I hope you are all managing with/without the rain in your area.
