A Military Thanksgiving during World War 2

If you don’t watch Max Miller’s Tasting History, well, in my opinion you should!

Seems to me that this is an appropriate topic for November – just after Veteran’s Day, and just before Thanksgiving!

A friend of mine wrote to me from Vietnam about Thanksgiving Day there. They all got food poisoning, so it was very memorable.

A great episode! He did a great one last year, too.

I’m really impressed with his videos. I especially appreciate how well researched his history portions are – and how he manages to avoid the “woke” revisionist history that is so popular right now. He deals with the subject matter so respectfully.

Also, he works really hard at properly pronouncing things.

Always having a theme appropriate Pokemon in the background as he talks to the camera is just hilarious.

Very good. I am not all that into cooking videos, but the history added into this really made it interesting.
