Good use for leftover turkey too. I make mine with big fluffy dumplings instead of biscuits. Yum! If you have gravy left, use that as part of the liquid. I always have homemade turkey stock, so that goes in.

Be nice to get a family member to make both and everyone could have a taste test. It’d be a toss-up for me since both chicken and turkey are my favorite meats nowadays since I can’t have red meat.

I like either biscuits or dumplings. Since I’m lazy, and dumplings are easier, that’s what I usually do. The turkey version is excellent!

I’d say Ezekiel chapters 38-39, also. The prophet Ezekiel writes that a bunch of what we now think of as Central Asian countries will align with Iran, Russia, Turkey, Libya, and Sudan. I recently watched a video on this and made notes. Each country’s name in Ezekiel is that of ancient times. It’s interesting that Saudi Arabia is not included…and, of course, no country like the U.S.

Magog = Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan
Persia = Iran
Cush = Sudan
Put = Libya
Some scholars think China is referred to in Revelation 9:16 when 200M warriors will gather; and China is the only one who could supply such a number. The verse says, “The number of the mounted troops was twice ten thousand times ten thousand. I heard their number.”

Over 300 protesters arrested yesterday after storming the Capitol. While the call themselves the Jewish Voice for Peace, they are a rabid, anti-Israel organization. No word yet on their benefactor, or what kind of bail might be set……….. They sure did have some nice shirts printed up rather quickly for their protest.

Afternoon All. It was 40* when we got up this morning. On the shady side of the buildings there was frost. The sky is a clear blue right now. It is nice outside.
They are pretty much finished with the concrete now. My neighbor across the way refused to leave her sliding glass door open all day and when she got home she made (lol). them put sheets of plywood down for her to walk on to get to her door. It worked out. Funny how that happened. It took almost a month to do the concrete work on the other buildings and three days to do ours and finish up all the others. Oh, and that is on top of the fact that they weren’t expecting to have to do the concrete sections between our section of the building. They couldn’t see that until they took out the outside sections and could see the gap under the concrete.

Sometimes contractors are finishing up one job and start another, perhaps delayed materials or change orders hold the first job up, so they start the next to keep the workers busy. Had lunch with one yesterday and got some insight.
