    This is a nail biter. 4 “other” votes so far. Can only lose one more, I think.

    I had to look away. I can’t stand thinking that Jeffries , aka Pelosi, might get it. It is so close.

      Looks like Jordan is losing. Now 9 votes for “other”.

      Add: Of course the Dems are voting in lockstep, as they usually do.

      Jeffries can get more votes than Jordan, but if he doesn’t get 217 votes, then he doesn’t win, and they have to keep voting until someone gets 217. Not likely that Jeffries will get 217. I suppose the Republican defectors are “making a point” this time around. We will see.
