   Surprising (maybe) is that ObamaCare led the way in providing funds for genital surgery.

   ADD: Obamacare incentivized “gender affirming surgery”.

   Line items 11, 15, 23, 24, 40, and 49 tie into Tucker’s conversation with Chris Moritz

   1. Abolition of all private property and landownership.
   2. Abolition of inheritance rights.
   3. Confiscation of property of emigrants and rebels.
   4. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state by means of a national bank.
   5. Centralization of communication and transportation in the hands of the state.
