    Never heard the phrase, Stella. Had to look it up.

    Since Hunter has brain damage from heavy substance abuse and Joe has dementia thus causing subordinates to do his work, in reality neither one of these characters is subordinate to the other. Joe, indeed, might not fully remember that he’s the so-called Big Guy of the Biden Crime Family; but Hunter sure as heck does. Both of them are on leashes. Hopefully soon someone will lead them both away.
