Good day, Wee! I’ve been reading for hours already and didn’t make note of the link, but apparently Maui Police Department Chief John Pelletier was also a Las Vegas Police Captain during the time of the Las Vegas massacre. Right there that’s enough to get the mind racing about coincidences. The 6th anniversary of the horrendous crime is on October 1st.

We have to keep and eye out for bears in Montana, but I know there are some in Florida. I think the ones up here are bigger. 😯

Good day, czarina! You likely are aware of this, but purchasing a VERY loud device that can be carried in a pocket at all times is a good deterrent when encountering bears. Most bears don’t want to interact with humans but you just may encounter a mother with cubs and you know how fierce and protective they are. Plus having a large loud-barking dog is a good defense, too.
It just so happens that yesterday I sent a whole bunch of info to a friend on what to do in case of bear sightings.

Today in 1953 the first named hurricane hit the US, along the northeast coast. Named Barbara. They didn’t name them before that season.

She asked for it 20 years ago. I don’t recall hearing many ethnic-named her-i-canes, though! She has no stroke in that town. She’s running for Mayor of HOU now and people are scared to death that she’ll win. And run the rest of the town into the sewer.

Those crazy kids are not gonna let the corona go without a fight. “Cases” up 80%!!! However, several paragraphs into the article, it does say this – “But……..it poses a “low” risk to global public health, the WHO said, comparing its threat to other recent omicron subvariants.
Nonetheless, WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned that “the risk remains of a more dangerous variant emerging that could cause a sudden increase in cases and deaths.” blah, blah, blah, blah.

In either case be sure to take vitamin d. I keep reading how it helps and I was taking a lot of it when I caught the virus and had a fairly mild case of it. Have your doctor check your blood levels of D if you are nervous
about taking it. I lived in Florida and was out in the sun a lot, it is hard not to be, and my levels were low.

I also take D every day. It is very difficult to overdose on it. I looked it up because I was interested in knowing what dose I should take, and I also read that you should take your vitamin D with a meal. I also take a vitamin B complex, and vitamin C.

About 12 years ago my doctor told me to increase what I was taking, which was pretty low. I am up to 5,000 IUs now, and throw in an extra one once or twice a week since I am hardly ever out in the sun here and wear more clothing than I did in Florida.
I have read in the past that it was dangerous to take too much Vit D, but they usually pointed out that people who ate polar bear livers have died from an overdose of it. LOL. No chance that will happen to me.

I also take 5,000 IUs. Probably should have my levels checked, because this is far above the RDA. 1,000 IUs would probably be better.

I don’t supplement any D right now as I’m outside over an hour every day. I do supplement zinc and magnesium though. With some others as well.

Mornin’ All. The weather here is really beautiful. I am soaking it up, especially since it is so nice now and in a few months we go back into WINTER. LOL. I don’t know if it will be a harsh one like last year or a mild one like I keep hearing is normal here. We will see.
Watching the devastation of Lahaina. It is so sad and so many people lost. Prayers for all those who lost loved ones and who have lost almost everything.
Hope you day is nice though hot.

Oh, forgot, the apartment complex I want to get into has three apts available. They were just posted late yesterday. I am not quite sure what to do at this point since they don’t want to answer the phone or emails. I am trying not to get my hopes up this time…………ha, fat chance. 🙄

Hi, aus! We’re going to hit 98 today. I won’t turn the air conditioner until absolutely necessary and it’s still doable inside. I opened the front door a few minutes ago to check if a package had been delivered and the heat hit me like a furnace blast. Wow!
I’m trying not to watch too much footage of the Lahaina devastation. The tales of survival are uplifting such as the historic Catholic Church which was not burned….
… but everything else is just too heartrending.
Praying for your apartment situation that the best for you will happen.

Crooked Joe’s weaponized Department of Justice is trying to force me to stand trial as the very first votes are cast in the 2024 election – in the Iowa Caucus. But the incompetent Crook in the White House must’ve forgotten who he’s dealing with.
There’s absolutely no attack he can come up with that can keep me off the campaign trail and stop me from fighting for YOU.
If Biden is going to try and stop me from winning the Iowa Caucus, then I’m going to fly to Iowa to DOUBLE our already insurmountable lead.
And that’s exactly what I did.
But the best part of the trip was seeing just how many Iowa patriots showed up to support our movement in the midst of the most vicious witch hunt imaginable.
There was a record crowd at the Iowa State Fair. They’ve never had anything even close.
While the Washington ruling class abuses its power to try and destroy our movement, the PEOPLE of our country are standing united in peaceful defense of our movement. And on November 5, 2024, we will prove that in America, the people still get to decide the future we want for our country.

In what appears to be quite the mistake, officials in Fulton County, Georgia, posted — seemingly prematurely on Monday — a two-page docket report to their website regarding the Peach State case against former President Donald Trump before quickly removing the information from its website, according to Reuters.

My aunt raised sheep for many years in Wyoming. When we visited she always had some bum-lambs s in a small pen near the back door, and we fed them by hand. They were her babies.

I watch a YouTube channel by a young couple who are building a life in West Virginia. They just had to hand raise one of their lambs, and she follows them around just like a dog would. They are now reintroducing her to their flock, but I’m sure she will always have special affection for her humans.
