How I Cook 20 Healthy Meals in 1 HOUR

Some helpful tips (adopt one or all of them) to make eating healthy, well-balanced, home cooked meals easier. Brian tends to like his food a bit spicier than I do, but that is easily adjusted. By the way, I make those roasted baby potatoes now and then, as well as the broccoli, and they are delicious! I’m not eating rice these days, but other than that, these are great meals.

Well, I like the idea anyway.

I think the method is good. I already cook meals that I eat over several days, since I live alone. I wouldn’t like to be cooking a meal every day for dinner. I also prep fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, melon) for eating over several days with cottage cheese or yogurt, and make hard-boiled eggs for snacking or making into egg salad. All “fast food”!

My remark was because I couldn’t get the video for some reason. It is available to me now. I think that would actually be a good idea for me, too.

Learned a couple of things about cooking meats & fish, and the use of sauces.
