    Evenin’ Stella….Happy Independence!!

    I don’t think it is a matter of Shapley’s being barred from government employment that will cause him never to work in government again…I think Shapley won’t ever work in government again, because he doesn’t want to.

    In my opinion, for health purposes, Shapley should consider relocating, anonymously.
