The Perfect Classic Turkey Club Sandwich

Just watched this video, and I am filled with envy for something I can’t eat right now while following a low-carb diet: really good bread. This bread is one that I was making on a regular basis just two short months ago!

Anyhoo, that sandwich sauce looks really delicious, and the sandwich is definitely worth the time and effort. Glad that I just ate!

PS: I promise to post about some delicious low-carb foods sometime soon. In the meantime, you COULD make this sandwich with a keto wrap or some other low carb bread. I just saw a recipe for keto English muffins that looks promising. No wheat, so it would work for a gluten-free diet as well.  I’ll let you know if I try it.
