The simpler things that gave us joy! Shoot we even played Pinochle at $.01 a point! Double decked at a nickel a point, partners! That kept things a lot straighter, no long shots or misplays there!

Fifty cents a set to boot! Back in the late 60’s and early 70’s, that was big money!Bids started at 50. One above a 60’s bid, it went in fives, so you better be sure of the meld in hand. Those were the days!!!
