Biden Tells Black College Students He ‘Got His Start’ at ‘Historically Black College’ Delaware State University… He Didn’t… He Went to University of Delaware (VIDEO)

Joe Biden on Tuesday evening campaigned for Democrat duds Charlie Crist and Val Demings at Florida Memorial University in Miami.
Have a great afternoon, Wee. Taking a break from reading anything about this reprehensible excuse for a human being is something that needs to top my agenda for a while. But it’s sorta like not looking at a vehicle accident as you pass by–near-on impossible.
Actually, I looked this up yesterday. There were four men involved in the discovery of insulin. They died in 1935, 1941, 1965 and 1978. Biden was born in 1942. He could have possibly met the man who died in 1978, though I doubt it.
While having been born in the U.S. Dr. Best and his parents were Canadians. He spent his entire career there. While he may have given a lecture somewhere that Biden attended, it’s more likely Biden has simply taken someone else’s remembrance and made it his own.
Since Biden was elected Senator from Delaware in 1972 and a person would have to do considerable research to discover if his path ever crossed Best’s in any way AND since I’m not willing to give that liar the benefit of the doubt, I call the Best “remembrance” another bit of confabulation by a criminally-minded person with a severe personality disorder.
Honestly, I never disliked even BHO as much as I dislike Biden.
Yes, Dr. Best died in 1978. He was assistant to Dr. Frederick Banting (died 1941) who with John MacLeod (died 1935) received the Nobel prize in Medicine for the discovery. The fourth man was James Collip (died 1965). He was a biochemist who worked to purify insulin. They were, indeed, all Canadians. I don’t think that Biden named the “inventor” that he met.
I’ve been watching old Sherlock Holmes movies and I deduce…LOL!..that even though Biden did not say which scientist he met, Best is the only candidate. The odds that Biden met Collip–who died June 19, 1965 when Biden was 22 (not turning 23 until November 20)–are nil. Biden attended the University of Delaware 1961-1965. It’s highly doubtful Collip or Best spoke at the university during those years.
Why I’m devoting time to someone so incredibly stupid and pathetic when I could be watching more Holmes movies, is beyond me. Obsessive-compulsive disorder for Lucille might also be deduced.
Mornin’ All. I think we just went past Fall into Winter. At least in my mind it has. I woke up to a loud noise this morning. It was the maintenance guy snow blowing the sidewalk. We got several inches of snow last night and it is still coming down.
Loki is not a fan. When I took her out, she didn’t want to go off the sidewalk under the cover. She kept smelling the snow and backing up. I finally took her out front and she of course, walked funny. She was happy to come back in. LOL. It really looks pretty out right now. Glad I got my snow boots.
My neighbor across the hall knocked on my door. She had a snow shovel in her hand. I figured she was going to loan it to me, but she offered to clean off a place down to the grass behind my patio so Loki could go potty out there. I thought that was so sweet. She and her parents who visit often are very nice people. Her dog is much bigger and still had trouble going out in the deep snow. The snow comes almost to Loki’s back. So, this will be very helpful.
Yes, but I just have the one in the living room on and the bedroom seems to stay around 62* – 65* and that is fine with me. I just put on another quilt and tucked it in at the foot of the bed and I have been perfectly warm.
I love big huge sloppy snowflakes…they’re the best!!….The snow here has stopped falling for now and the wind is starting to pick up again…if’n it’s not one thing, it’s another :0)
