First, the child could have legally obtained an abortion in Ohio. Why was she taken to Indiana? Was it because the abortion was delayed until it was just past the six-week limit on the Ohio heartbeat law?

Second, the rapist was an illegal alien who had been living and working in Columbus, OH for seven years. Apparently authorities knew about this for at least 3 weeks, so why is he only being arrested now?

    And, as far as having to leave Ohio, I think that an abortion could have been gotten in Ohio even under the new law because of the circumstances.
