As you all have probably figured out by now, I am addicted to watching cooking videos. Here is a channel (Pasta Grammar) I recently discovered. He (Harper) is an American, and she (Eva) is an Italian from Calabria. They live in Arizona now. If you like their style, they recently recorded a series of videos as they spent an extended time in Italy eating in various regions, including Sicily and Bologna. The food looked yummy! One thing they did in Sicily was to go on a hunt for the best cannoli. They all looked delicious to me.

Anyway, in their newest video, she is making her versions of frozen ‘Italian’ junk food; Pizza Rolls, Bagel Bites and Hot Pockets. Recipes are on their website (links below).

PS: She uses Mutti brand tomatoes in everything. They are very good. Another favorite brand of mine is Cento. It is an American company that sells both USA-grown and Italian-grown tomato products. They are all very good.
