    Message from Franklin Graham – June 24, 2022

    This is an important day for our nation as the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.

    While the ruling is an answer to decades of prayer—and we praise God for what He is doing—the battle to protect innocent lives is far from over. As the issue now shifts to the state level, will you join me today in praying for America? Please pray for:

    Peace and healing—Some groups are calling for violent protests. Ask God to protect our justices, pregnancy care center staff, and pro-life organizations across the nation.

    State legislation—Pray for lawmakers in each state, that God will give them wisdom and strength to enact laws to guard children in the womb.

    Courage for God’s people—This victory is a result of many people standing for God’s truth about the sanctity of life. Ask Him to encourage and embolden His people to remain faithful to His Word in all areas of life, no matter what our culture says.

    Thank you for your heart for the Lord and for His truth. “Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. Let all that you do be done with love” (1 Corinthians 16:13–14, NKJV).

        You’re welcome, Mary. There are so many good and caring people in America whose words get drowned out by those who are under the influence of the Father of Lies. I feel sorry for the violent and misled even though I do also feel anger towards their lack of compassion for our most vulnerable.

        Then I think of Jesus’s parable about finding the one lost sheep out of the 99 safe ones and how He ends His parable: “And when you go home, wouldn’t you call together your friends and neighbors? Wouldn’t you say, ‘Come over and celebrate with me, because I’ve found my lost sheep’? This is how it is in heaven. They’re happier over one sinner who changes his way of life than they are over 99 good and just people who don’t need to change their ways of life.” – Luke 15:6-7

        May the lost be found and come to repentance.

    The rioters have shut down a major freeway in Los Angeles – where abortion is completely legal.
