   Still haven’t found where this is covered by the Constitution. This is a cold, not TB or smallpox! I was vaxxed for both of these and I can’t get them. Can’t say that about covid though! Control comes into play here!

     I don’t think it’s about the disease. I think it’s more a state’s rights matter vs federal matter, and legislation vs regulation. If it is a federal matter, then there should be legislation governing rather than made-up regulation by a federal agency. Ditto for the states. Should be governed by legislation rather than regulation.

       You may be correct, Stella, but why did they let the healthcare worker part stand? Legislation can only be made through the Legislature. OSHA deals with safety regulations. Why were they even involved?

   This is a diversion. Where are the results of voting irregularities in our election of 2020? Biden was not the winner, ballot stuffing controlled that election.
