Just how “highly effective” ARE the Covid vaccines? Depends on when you asked

Seems that Covid is just like influenza. Vaccines are only effective for certain strains of the virus. As time goes by and the virus mutates, the vaccine becomes less and less effective. Deciding whether or not vaccination is effective becomes less and less clear.
