    They are discussing Milley’s actions re: military coup against Pres Trump – Kash Patel explained this in an interview with Jack Murphy a couple three days ago.

    Chain of command, per Kash – President, SecDef, Chief of Staff to SecDef. Nowhere, at no time, does the Chair Joint Chiefs have a say in anything.
    Iow, Milley reported directly to Patel. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs is an advisory to the President ONLY, has no authority to issue commands, per 1950s bill which created the position.

    Chair of Joint Chiefs is NOT authorized to contact any country for any reason. That is Chair NSA, SecDef, etc.

      They are discussing Nunes’ lawsuit – Kash has a new group called Fight With Kash https://www.fightwithkash.com/
      which is soliciting pro-bono attorneys and donations 100% of which goes to people who are attempting to sue for defamation like Rep Nunes is now doing.

      They are apparently doing well in pro-bonos and donations, and are seeking more clients. Nice place to be for a charity.
