    One thing stuck out for me – sometiimes attorneys file a lawsuit, knowing they will lose, to establish themselves in the courts showing how early they were on this.
    Apparently the attorneys can come back later and refile, and indeed Judge Kenny (Michigan, Attorney Kallman), left the case available for refiling, if i understand the ruling correctly.
    That may explain Attorney Kallman’s positive demeanor after losing the case.
