    When asked about this scene, the woman involved said Joe was a friend and she thought nothing of it. Apparently her husband didn’t mind ole Joey womanhandling his wife either.

    I also read a report on all such instances involving Biden and those with successful outcomes such as causing the womanhandler to cease his actions. This came about because the man accompanying the woman or a female child stepped either in between Joe and the victim blocking his advances, or the man’s body language indicated to Joe that what he either was doing or attempting to do was unacceptable and Joe backed off. Joe counts upon the men DOING NOTHING.

    I’m a firm believer that loving males have an advanced and unsuppressed protection instinct as part of their make-up. This instinct seems to be less powerful today among the political class as that class of human seeks to advance himself over all other considerations. Also, being chivalrous is out of fashion and considered patriarchal…phooey on that!
