Mornin’ everyone. Finally a miserable looking morning here. The weatherguessers say it will rain. We will see. We sure need it. Right now, it just looks sort of dark out there. I have an appt at the chiropractor today. I sure hope they are all going to be okay. It is time to end this farce now. I know there is a virus, and it is bad. But, I want to see the deaths caused by other things because I don’t believe it is as bad as they say. That is obvious by the numbers that came out of NY yesterday.
I commend the state of Michigan for their outrageously bad timing to protest the stay at home order. They were number 4 on the John’s Hopkins ChiComVid19 tracker last night. Wonder how high the state will climb after this.
Meanwhile we are at over 400 dead in Indiana with the state locked down since mid-March. I got a look at some regular flu death numbers recently. The last update was on April 4 and Indiana had 118 flu deaths. We should be coming to the end of the flu season pretty soon, so I don’t know how much that number will change from here on out.
It’s a bit scary to see how quickly ChiComVid19 has just taken people out. That’s a lot of deaths in about six weeks.
DIL’s mom passed last night, not from CCP Virus. Wonder what they will label her death. Seems there are fewer from heart disease, diabetes, etc., as CCP Virus deaths bring in more money.
The hospital cretins were so cruel they refused to allow DIL in the hospital to be with her mom. What on earth have we come to?
I’m so sorry. How awful for both of them. In this war with the globalists, I fear we may be losing even though our President Trump is fighting as hard as he can. Their agenda just seems to be marching on.
If I, who am healthy but have diabetes, die of ChiComVid19, why should I not be counted as a ChiComVid19 death? I was doing fine until Chinese Plague came along.
Testing is still not widely available, though that is in the process of changing. I expect that ChiComVid19 is still undercounted for that reason, not overcounted.
Hospitals are making their own decisions about who to let in and under what circumstances. At the hospital my family member works at, they will let you in if someone in your family is about to pass away. But there are very limited reasons they will let you in other than that.
What all the people saying “it’s the flu” seem to miss is that people who work in healthcare do not want to get this. I don’t recall this level of do not want for run-of-the-mill flu, which is pretty alarming all by itself.
If you’ve ever wondered what Scott Fitzgerald sounded like…this appears to be a real recording he made on a whim at one of those establishments prominent on the Hollywood main streets (Hollywood and Sunset boulevards) at the time….
Well, whaddaya know! Wonders never ease! The 24 roll Charmin I ordered on March 19th from Walmart.com was just shipped via UPS. That’s the good news.
Crumby news is that all Idahoans must register for absentee ballots to vote in our primary election and maybe the others this year, too. If our state all of a sudden turns Democrat, you’ll know there was major vote fraud.

In Vietnam we had a piper who’d sit on the base’s water tower and play the pipes. Never had an attack while he was playing.
