Budget talks

As you probably know, President Trump has presented his budget for fiscal year 2021. The Democrats in Congress have failed to do so for the second year in a row. The reason? They know that the policies they have pushed are so expensive that any budget they present will look bad in an election year. Today’s GOP Congressional leaders discuss this in their press conference.

    Reassigned to the brig or quarters would be about right.
    I am guessing their military careers are over about the the next time they are considered for colonel or when the time comes and they aren’t recommended for colonel.
