I was going to do my Julia Child ‘the French roast their birds at 177C and Bastille the are done’ but I’ve got a miserable sinus infection and won’t.

It’s the result of living in NOLA. When I first got there an old Army nurse told me I’d get ’em, it’s sorta like a drivers licence, most everybody gets them. Unfortunately it travels with you and every time we get a temperature change they fire off.
Condition helps keep the lights on in the rural urgent care clinic.

Well it is pretty. But my mouth finds tofu objectionable.

I really like tofu…but as a substitute for turkey on Thanksgiving? No way!
Now if a person wants to serve it at a Christmas party and not mention anything about turkey–only that it’s a new dish being tried–it just might be a hit. We could merely think of it as saving a life…LOL!
