      Unsaid here is the role the therapists played in his recuperation. He traveled the road but they dug and paved it for him. I’m sure that as soon as You Know Who is home today, she’s at the hospital with her patients, she’ll fill in a few blanks.

      I believe the misunderstanding was when Vindma raised his right hand and swore his oath.

      Let’s go back to another Slavic-born US General, John Shalikashvili, who crawled up Clinton’s butt and tried to surf the wave with Kerry. Shilly-shally was more than leftist, remember his international gendarmerie, and kept up the leftward tilt well after retirement.

      I think too many people believe that everyone who gets stars on their epaulettes are great war-hero patriots when actually their ranks are scattered with the same mix of politicians the civilian government is.

      I don’t even pretend to know all about medals, but I have been told the majority of the highly decorated Vindman’s are basically I showed up and was there decorations. With that said I don’t care if they were hard fought service to acquire them, you still can be a traitor and you still cannot go against your Commander In Chief like he did.

    Ordered all the fixins for my part of the Thanksgiving feast, as well as all the stuff to make a batch of totally unnecessary and absolutely unneeded Chex Mix. All of which will be delivered to my door shortly. One of the great perks of the new home! Deer in the back, groceries at the front door. Can’t beat that with a stick!

    Just look at the absurd timeline. Let’s say they voted out of the judiciary and get it to the floor in December. Tight but possible (remember Obamacare passed on Christmas Eve). Then McConnell will give some time for both sides to prepare I will schedule it at the earliest end of January, right around the time of the Iowa caucus. So the entire primary season will be taken up with impeachment. Supposedly that means the senators Sanders, Warren, Harris and Booker, need to be in session rather than campaigning. Theoretically that gives Biden a chance to campaign on his own which gives him an advantage. but meanwhile the entire impeachment hearing will be an exercise in dragging him through the mud – in the republican-controlled Senate, Biden will be on trial as much as Trump.

    Bloomberg and Buttigieg will still be out there trying to gain ground.

    Basically the Democrats will be rigging their own primary. But to what end? which candidate do the party bosses really want to win? And what is their strategy?

    Hard to see any of this working.

      I honestly can’t figure them out this time. I go back and forth whether they ever even intended to impeach or not. It’s hard to believe they would ever want this in the Senate even if there are some very untrustworthy Republican Senators.

        I don’t think this turned out as well as they thought it would. I have heard it said that there won’t be an impeachment vote, but a censure of the President instead.

          I was reading on FB this morning about how CNN says Trump is using mind control on Trump supporters, obvious they still don’t get that Americans don’t live in their bubble. That fits the it didn’t go the way their bubble of friends thought it would.

          I know they have some strategic minds and people who are good at what they do in the Democrat ranks, because that’s how we God a man barely smart enough to tie his own shoes elected in 2008. However, they must be very arrogant and unwilling to entertain the idea that they let their sock puppet go too far and the people delivered a sound slap. I don’t think they have stopped running in circles over that yet, but when they do we will have something to fear.

    I told about my daughter teaching the kids about the Pilgrims and Indians and making the Indian headband, or Indian hat as Gracie calls it, out of construction paper. She posted pictures on FB and of course as she often has happen, the public school SJW had to start commenting how if they were in public school receiving a real education they would know how inappropriate it is. She threw it right back at them, that for one half of them don’t have a drop of Indian blood so what gives them the right to tell her who is part Indian what she can teach her kids? For two, all of them are around her age and all of them were taught just like her in public school about the Pilgrims and Indians and not the Pilgrims and Indigenous people and they also made and wore their construction paper feather headband. Finally, they once again prove her right that public school is not in the best interest of her children.

      Besides, the Pilgrims and the Indians did have a good relationship for the most part. An ancestor of mine was one of a group who founded the town of Bridgewater, MA. They bought the land from Chief Massasoit in 1649. There were 57 shareholders, including Miles Standish and John Alden. My ancestor’s name was Samuel Edson, and there is a memorial to him there that recounts this story. Tell the SJW’s to suck eggs, and I dare them to try to refute this true story. Chief Massasoit was known as the white man’s friend.

    We all know what the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has become, but many will argue it’s not your local Chamber and there are some I would agree are not in lockstep with the U.S. Chamber, but it is filtering down, especially in larger metropolitan areas. Oklahoma City MAPS project has always been touted as bringing business to the area, it has always been highly supported by OKC Chamber of Commerce and they’ve released a list of businesses it brought to the OKC metropolitan area and number of people they employ. I’m really trying to wrap my head around how they think their list is a selling propaganda. This is the top 10.
    This is the top 10 employers in the OKC metropolitan.
    1. State of Oklahoma Government 47,300 employees
    2. Tinker Airforce Base Military 24,000 employees
    3. University of Oklahoma 12,700 employees
    4. FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center 7,000
    5. Integris Health 6,000 (I will point out that they are one of the top Insurance providers for public employees in the state)
    6. Hobby Lobby 5,100
    7. University of Oklahoma Health Science 5,000
    8. City of Oklahoma City 4,700
    9. Mercy Hospital 4,500
    10. OGE Energy Corp 3,400

    I’m struggling to see the businesses and jobs that taxing citizens is bringing in when there is only one business not related to health or utilities makes the top ten. It’s also pretty sad that the State government employs more than the total Tinker and OU employs and that is just in the metropolitan area, nowhere near all that are employed by the State.

    I just watched a clip on FB of Blumenthal saying Graham would regret investigating Biden because it’s been debunked and endangers our national security. I lost count of how many times during the clown show that I heard this crap about endangering our national security. When did Ukraine become such a concern to our national security?
    More like they don’t want that string pulled and Americans find out just how much of our foreign aid ends up in the bank accounts of career government employees and politicians.
