Senator Graham states that if there is an impeachment trial in the Senate Judiciary Committee, he will not allow hearsay testimony. “If you excluded hearsay, like every other court in the land, there’s nothing there.” He also says that “and if you allow the President to confront his accuser, you’d have to call the whistleblower”. He goes on to say that he would like to know if the whistleblower was connected to Joe Biden in any way.
