    Read this morning Obama’s John Brennan went to the Ukraine to get dirt on Trump with a phony passport so no one would know him

    Is that legal? Or ethical?

      Just read that Schiff was in Ukraine the end of August, and that Nadler signed off on his expenses.

      The CIA use false passports all the time. However, whenever you use a false passport; you run the risk of spending time in a foreign prison. Maybe even, disappear forever.

      When one gets clearance for handling classified data, you need special permission to leave the country if it is for personal reasons.

      When the purpose is gathering dirt (info) on a presidential candidate to bring about a predetermined outcome on an election, it is neither legal or ethical. Keep in mind the Director of the CIA reports directly to the president. This means if 0bama did not send Brennan to gather dirt, Brennan took it upon himself to fix the election.

      Comey decided that no reasonable prosecutor would charge Hillary with mishandling classified material. Comey also said that law enforcement should not be used to influence an election.
