I live on Jersey Shore Asbury Park area. Watching these aircraft fly by is such a thrill they were here is ate August and the B-17 flew literally right over our house on the return leg to the Monmouth Exec Airport ( Allaire). You always know they are around because to the depth of the drown of the engines, verses whiny civilian aircraft. Tragic loss of live and equipment.
