    Now Ilhan Omar might complain that this is a waste of resources to save the life of an infidel following Trump’s orders to kill all Mohammedans, resources better spent killing Christians and Jews, but it points out how Trump would rather have a genuine photo op with a live soldier than a staged one with coffins holding dead soldiers…as did our last Mohammedan POtuS.

    BTW, I think that was an error of Fox’s part about ‘assault’ soldiers (do they carry assault weapons?) carrying blood. About two years ago the SOCOM guys started carrying dried blood plasma with them, they used to carry a plasma expander but the dried plasma has many more benefits. Problem with carrying whole blood, aside from storage issues, is the need to match its type to that of the recipient, plasma doesn’t.

    Just reached out to a potential POC regarding my old Army Reserve center that was the only Reserve Center the Army ever semi-officially admitted was haunted. It’s been, from what I can tell, a storage site for decades now but I’m curious as to whether the (to some) unsettling happenings there are still happening.

        I’d mentioned it years before on the CTH. Center was named after the Borgstrom brothers, four brothers from Thatcher, Utah who were all killed within a 6 month period in WWII, one in the Pacific and three in the European Theater. They named the Center after them and there was a display case in the entryway that held their WWII medals and badges and their portraits hung on the wall.

        I’d heard about the haunting but until I started working there full time I’d never really believed it. Those who’d been there longer were used to it, the spirits, or whatever, were benign, the incidents (2 or 3 a week) usually consisted of doors opening and closing, footsteps in the hall or on the second floor or light furniture moved around. The neighbors who lived across the street would report lights going on or off at nights sometimes, both inside and out, and faces peering out of windows when the Center was empty.

        We had two officers, right solid church people, who would not spend the night in the Center. Whenever we had to make a early morning trip they’d work as late as need br, go to a motel and return in the morning. Both had known about the alleged hauntings and being good church goers didn’t believe in haints. Both had experiences of following footsteps down the 2nd floor hallway, watching doors close and immediately going into the otherwise exitless rooms only to find…nothing. We were used to it, they couldn’t make that break.

        At one point we came in one morning and medals and badges had disappeared from the showcase. The two guys who’d worked there the longest (some 7 to 8 years each) didn’t even know where the keys to the cabinet were, no one had opened it in well over 20 years. A locksmith was brought in and the mecha ism was so gummed up and corroded he it took him a half hour to open it. The commander contacted the surviving Borgstrom family members to secure their signatures to have DOD issue replacements and when the replacements arrived some family members came inside to see the case (first time they’d been there in decades) but wouldn’t come in past the entryway.

        Now it’s apparently a storage site. I have no real connections to the city any more but do have the desire to return just to see the building and to see if anyone in the building will see me.

    I’m watching Navy vs. Memphis. Good game, but I am getting pissed at some of the stuff I see going on. I know these guys are very physical, but I am seeing a lot of pushes, and hits after the plays are over. I know they aren’t getting called on it, but I am seeing them. I am sure I am right, because I rarely see any of Navy respond to extra pushes and stuff and I have seen quite a few responses today.

      I’m seeing lots of dirty hits in NFL games too, especially ones the refs conveniently don’t see. Seems the thug-ball games are ‘in’, NFL’s starting to look more like Rugby.

        I don’t like it when they play like that. Navy plays another team, I forget their name, that has a problem with poor sportsmanship. I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or what, until I heard one of the announcers mention them in regard to being bad sports. I didn’t notice much after that, and we play them every year, I believe. The thing I noticed about these guys was that they were really rough on each other. When one would do something the team liked, they nearly beat him to death. Even the coach pounded on one guy so much, I thought he was mad at him, but he was actually quite pleased. I know they were being rough with Navy because normally the Navy team doesn’t respond when guys from the other team bump into them after the play is over, etc. But I saw some of that today.

    I just watched this whole show. I couldn’t find a youtube of the whole thing, but I did find one that covers part of it. Steve Hilton interviews Ivanka Trump. I know a lot of what you hear she is doing sounds liberal, but I was impressed with how she was trying to implement these things. And, she doesn’t believe government is the answer.
