   I don’t quite know what to think. I have always had the feeling that the drug companies pushed the drugs, though. It appears that they weren’t honest.

     I think that a lot of doctors don’t know much about the drugs they prescribe, and they rely on their pharmaceutical salesmen for info.

     Let’s go back to 2016 when the opioid crisis was in full swing. J&J’s profits for that year were $50.101-billion. If my math is correct that’s almost $964-million a WEEK. So if we consider rhopse profits come in 7 days a week that’s a little over 4 days profit income.

     Who got off easy on this one? You can bet the green eyeshade folks will find a way to move $$$$ around so the fine mostly, if not completely, gets eaten by tax write offs.

           We have to schedule a visit from the GE tech – after I sent a nastygram to GE they called me – so we’re on the way. Still leaves me with the paranoid thought that I’ll just turn off the breaker when we’re not using it.

         The government relies on the average American being wowed by the huge amount J&J was fined. They know most folks see that amount filtered thru the prism of their family’s finances and not the corporation’s.
