HUD Secretary Ben Carson spent a long time living and working in Baltimore at Johns Hopkins Hospital, so he is very familiar with the city’s pluses and minuses.

    “I’m not one who likes to sit around and point fingers at people. I like to come up with real solutions.” I just think he is wonderful. I’m sure that President Trump listens to him.
