Happy Sunday all, and good morning. Another beautiful day underway here in Georgia. Time to think about breakfast. Looks like I have two very hungry guys to feed. Strangely, the two year old will out eat the 62 year old.

I listened to the whole thing. He talks very fast, but I now understand a lot more about what this judgment was. He covered it very clearly.

Here is the basic problem with the motion, the court determined that the state of Philip’s mind was a major factor in the dismissal of the case.
That’s right a judge made a legal decision based on a participant’s state of mind when that participant had not made a legal statement.
The judge argued against himself in his own motion. He stated elements of defamation that were clearly met and then wen’t on to say those elements were not met.
The judge reviewed no evidence other than 7 articles and 2 tweets in a vacuum. The court to quote a famous line is “Out of order.”

Remembered him from the last time you posted his vid. He is hard to follow, and some things must be re-listened, but he sure makes sense. Even I understood, and that is saying something.
The vlawg guy is correct, imo. Glad McMurtry is listening to him as well.
Have noticed McMurtry more active on youtube lately, talking with and obtaining legal opinions from regular folks. Wise man.

McMurtry is great, more subtle than Linn but just as tenacious. I don’t find Vlawg Dawg’s speaking style hard to understand so I was surprised so many folks do, interesting, maybe I’m around fast talkers 🙃.

Sue Gordon is Deputy DNI, a Very Deep Swamp Creature. Gordon has been with DNI since inception, and CIA before that iirc. Will be curious to see if Gordon is named Acting until Ratcliff is confirmed. But will wager Richard Burr and fellow criminals will block Rarcliff’s nomination, perhaps even hold out for Gordon for DNI.
