Agreed. Lombard describes well the reasons why Mueller is not suffering from dementia, but she never considers long-term alcohol abuse. One of the major symptoms of long-term alcohol abuse is lack of short-term and some long-term memory. It is easily detected with a brain (PET?) scan.
Mueller shows all the signs of long-term alcohol abuse. imo
