    Wondered where everyone was! Been out mowing the front and side yards on the new zero trun mower. Thought I’d better do what I could before it gets too hot. 79* when I started, now 86*. Humidity 89%.

    Mornin’ everyone. Slept in late again. Still was tired from my ordeal with my car on Friday. The heat just really gets me. It was a cool 83* this morning. 🙄 The air condition has been running like the “off” switch is broken and the electric bill is climbing. Oh, well. It is summer.

    Anyone else notice that POTUS has effectively caused all of the Coup Democrats to call our immigration policy “broken” ?

    And not content to smile at this point our POTUS has also put the onus of fixing the broken immigration system square on the backs of those same democrats.

    Holy Cow. I just watched a movie called Storm Seekers. Rarely have I seen such a dismally made movie. All Hollywood. The heroine wakes up in bed with long sleeved pajamas on in Jacksonville, FL during hurricane season. Unless she had the air cond. turned down really low, I doubt she could sleep like that. Then one of the other actors tells the babysitter to bring his kid in and not let her get cold. COLD?? Seriously. Oh, yes. The heroine has her pajama top under her flight suit which she wears on the storm chaser plane. They are evacuating Punta Gorda, I believe it was because of the other hurricane, but keep being told this one coming in to Jacksonville is going to be a 5. So after it has started and the waves are crashing and tearing up things, they decide to evacuate Jacksonville. No. That isn’t how it’s done. SMH Oh, yes, and they had a reporter on the plane. Good thing, because he had to help land the thing in a storm, and NO he wasn’t a pilot. And, I never realized Darryl Hanna was a dismal actress.

        Loved the chef going to the palace produce gardens, which isn’t unusual, of course. But driving to a farm in Italy to taste and purchase balsamic vinegar? That’s what you call non-delegated hands-on service.

    Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.
