Is YouTube a PLATFORM or a PUBLISHER? Viva Frei Vlawg

I recently started watching this guy’s videos about the law, and he is very interesting and informative. He is a lawyer in Canada – Quebec to be more specific – but he does study cases and case law in the United States, and offers explanations and opinions about them. He attempts to remain impartial, and I think he does that pretty well. I believe he offers a valuable service. What do you think?

All the social media sites claim to be platforms. Yet they act as editors when it comes to content that offends their leftist sensibilities.

This is why the matter needs to be discussed and investigated by Congress more than the piddly amount it has been so far. However, until the House, the Senate and the Presidency are all in Republican hands, we know the Democrats via the leftwing owners of the s.m. will make sure that conservative thought is censored and eliminated from all such entities whether they are deemed platforms or publishers.

If the Dems, God forbid, should retain the House in 2020, the social media sites will continue in the way they are going–not obeying either the law governing “platform” nor the law governing “publisher.” That’s the nature of the ugly, dishonest beast.
