I listened to a lot of it too. It is hard to follow. I’m trying to understand how the judges are leaning. I think they come down against the government, unfortunately.

May a thousand curses fall upon the Sierra Club, the ACLU and activist judges.
I’ve listened to less than 5 minutes and the male judge with the glasses, wait and the female judge, (nope make that all of the judges) are trying to argue the plaintiff’s case, they are actually dismissing the plaintiffs challenge and arguing a more appropriate cause of action or challenge against the government.
This is malarkey they are trying to get the defense to argue the plaintiff’s case.

This is just a step to the Supreme Court, don’t sweat it as whomever loses will appeal.
I wonder what the judges will think when the cartels and other criminales flood here as illegals and start doing with judges here what they do with judges in Mexico?

Sure as hell ain’t gonna blame themselves. Then again as they and their families move around and live under 24/7 armed guards they won’t have time to think.
